Return and Refund policies

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are unfortunately not provided where you have a change of mind, made a wrong selection or found the goods cheaper elsewhere.

Please be aware that while we try to provide the most accurate information possible, there could be slight discrepancies between our illustrations and the actual products.

Due to factors such as camera settings, display settings on monitors and lightings, actual product colour may appear slightly different. The colours and product details shown in the pictures are for illustration purposes only.

Sizes of items listed in descriptions are hand measured and should be considered approximate.

 

Faulty or damaged good returns

Upon receipt of goods, please inspect your purchase and in the case of any faults or damage, please notify us through email within 7 days by contacting  info@cubics.au

Please include your order number, name, photos of the issue and as much detail as possible.

Your purchase comes with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Damaged goods must be returned in the condition in which you received them, with all original packaging, accessories and manuals. Shipping costs related to approved claims will be reimbursed by us.

The replacement/refund will be processed as soon as the faulty/damaged product has arrived in our warehouse and gone through inspection. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used to make your online purchase. Due to varying processing times at your bank, it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received.

Please note that damages arising from incorrect installation and mis-handling are not eligible for remedy.

Products are only for indoor use, please avoid direct sunlight and exposure to moisture, as damage caused by sun or moisture will not be covered.

Consumer Guarantees and Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure/defect.
