Shipping Policies

Order Processing Time 

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times. All orders are typically processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. 

Potential Delays 

During high-volume periods or due to unforeseen postal service disruptions, there may be delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

·        Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

·        Our standard courier service the 'Authority To Leave' service and is available for metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Darwin. Please email us for a shipping quote if you require signature on delivery.

·        For regional deliveries, please email us at info@cubics.au for a shipping quote. Even if the checkout system provides a shipping quote for regional areas, this is an estimate only and not a guaranteed rate. We reserve the right to place the order on hold and contact you for any additional shipping costs. If the extra payment is not made or there is no response to our email within 7 days, the order will be canceled and refunded.

·        Assembly and/or rubbish removal are not included.

·        A signature may be required upon delivery at the designated address.

·        The courier service is for delivery to the ground floor of your address, but not inside your house or apartment.

·        Responsibility for rubbish removal lies with the customer.

·        Estimated delivery windows are generally 9AM – 6PM on any given weekday. 

Delivery Accessibility & Rescheduling

·       Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is fully accessible and easy for couriers to safely drop off your items.

·       PO Boxes: Please note that our courier partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or other Australia Post-only addresses. A residential or business street address is required for delivery.

·       Delivery Instructions: We highly recommend leaving clear instructions during checkout to assist the driver (e.g., gate codes, secure apartment drop-off areas).

·       Rescheduling After Dispatch: Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we do not offer rescheduling services. If a delivery attempt fails due to poor access or because no one was available, any subsequent rescheduling or redelivery arrangements must be managed according to the courier's policies and may incur additional fees at the customer's expense.

·        Delays and Delivery Issues: Once an order has been dispatched, unexpected delays and failed delivery attempts are ultimately handled by third-party courier companies and are completely outside of our control. While our team will always try our best to coordinate with the couriers to resolve any issues, we will not provide financial compensation, shipping discounts, or refunds for transit delays, missed delivery windows, or similar shipping disruptions.

Please note that delivery times below are after dispatch (the product being picked up by the courier). Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on item size and unforeseen delays:

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cubics.au with your name and order number.

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policies if damages are found upon receipt of the delivery.
