Warranty Policies

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All products sold by Cubics Modular Furniture are provided with one year warranty.

Should a defect appear in the item within the warranty period, customers should:

·       Stop using the item immediately

·       Make a claim via email, with names and address

·       Provide a receipt and detailed photos with description of the defect

·       Customers may be asked to return faulty parts for inspection

Warranty will be covered by means of a repair or replacement of faulty parts. Shipping costs related to approved warranty claims will be reimbursed by us. Any other damages caused by the product are not covered.

While an exact timeframe for when the repair/replacement will occur cannot be given, we will endeavor to do so within a reasonable time.

In cases where repair/replacement cannot be carried out due to discontinuation of parts or other unforeseen circumstances, Cubics Modular Furniture may opt for a partial refund depending on the severity of the defect.

Caring Instructions:

Panels are powder coated and are reasonably durable, however exposure to acidic and alkaline chemicals can etch the surface.

Use a microfiber towel to dust the furniture and only use a slightly damp towel with minimal soap to clean the surface. Wipe dry immediately after cleaning. Do not allow water or moisture to remain on product.

In the case of squeaking noise hinges, apply WD40 or spray grease lubricant onto joints and pivot areas, wipe down excess grease.

Check installation periodically for any loose screws and parts to ensure stability and safety.

Refer to user manual for more usage and maintenance instructions.
